The 2017 North American Garden Tourism Conference is where gardens and the tourism industry met to discuss best practices and new and emerging strategies geared to growing both sectors from a garden tourism perspective.
The conference took place in Toronto, on March 13, 14 & 15, 2017, in conjunction with Canada Blooms, the country’s largest flower and garden event. conference delegates and speakers are from Canada, the US and International.
The Canadian and ‘Top 10 North American Gardens Worth Travelling For’ Garden Tourism Awards were presented at the conference. Read about the 10 Gardens British Columbia members who received Canada 150 Garden designations at the the garden touris awards luncheon.
On behalf of the Ontario Garden Council, the 2017 North American Garden Tourism Conference was managed by the Canadian Garden Council, in collaboration with the American Public Gardens Association and Communities in Bloom.
